Freddie and Me

At Freddie & Me, each product is made especially for you. Our collections are produced on a made-to-order basis, which allows us to reduce waste and create thoughtfully designed pieces just for you.

Made-to-Order Products

Since all items are created after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart, product description, and details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We do offer replacements or refunds only in cases where the product is damaged, misprinted, or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

  • The issue must be related to manufacturing or printing defects

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos. We’ll take care of it promptly.

No Returns or Refunds For:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Wear and tear after use

  • Incorrect shipping details provided during checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed, as production begins shortly after the order is placed.
